Since Liberty Title’s inception in 2001, Laura has acted as the Chief Executive Officer for The Company. Between her 25 years’ experience in the Real Estate Industry and her passion for encouraging and inspiring people, she brings an unparalleled dynamic to Liberty Title, The Industry and her community.

She believes relationships are the key to success and strives to instill that belief in all employees and clients. Laura loves traveling, recharging at her cabin and spending time with her family.

In 1987, Jeff graduated from Hamline University School of Law and was admitted to practice law in the State of Minnesota.

He has acted as General Legal Counsel for Liberty Title for over 15 years, offering valuable legal expertise to his clients and team.

Jeff’s law practice has an emphasis in real estate, and a focus on settlement negotiations for distressed properties, short sales and contract for deeds.

Jeff spends his free time with his family, fishing and enjoying other sports.

Jenny acts as the Chief Operating Officer for Liberty Title. She joined the team in 2003 with a background in the legal field. Jenny oversees the Management, Operations and Human Resource functions of The Company. Her vast knowledge of the entire Title Process adds to her exceptional leadership strength.

Jenny loves the teamwork displayed at Liberty Title and is proud of the “family feel” the company provides. She enjoys camping, fishing, boating and exploring the outdoors with her husband and two sons.

As the Business Development and Marketing Manager, Karla oversees the Marketing Team at Liberty Title. She and her Team derive marketing strategies to implement growth opportunities and build long term relationships with Industry Leaders. Karla share’s Liberty Title’s vision that a successful business is built on personal and significant relationships.

Her passion for recognizing the potential and encouraging the growth in individuals makes her a remarkable leader within Liberty Title and throughout The Industry.

Randy, a licensed Attorney at Law, has been with Liberty Title since 2013 and leads the Exams Department. His 28 years in the industry establishes him as an integral resource in assisting our clients and staff with issues pertaining to the status of Title, insurability of Title and developing resolutions to cure Title defects. Furthermore, Randy possesses the ability to communicate with clients and staff in a fashion where all involved can understand the process. He values Liberty Title’s team atmosphere and dedication to providing excellent customer service. He enjoys spending time with his family and taking in local events sports or entertainment, golfing, and finding those rural country events that are entertaining for the entire family.

Sherrie has been with Liberty Title since 2006 and currently acts as The Company Manager. She takes pride in creating an atmosphere where employees love to come to work and where customers appreciate the closing experience. In her role, Sherrie analyzes and assists in the development of training, marketing and employee satisfaction. Sherrie instills her proactive outlook on choosing happiness with all those around her, which creates a positive workplace atmosphere. In her free time, Sherrie loves to travel and experience new things with her husband and two children.

Trina has been in the Title Industry for fourteen years, and has been working with Liberty Title as an Executive Closer for fourteen years and Manager for twelve years.

Trina enjoys all aspects of her job. “I think I enjoy it all as I have always loved my job!!! I love learning new things and having the support of our whole team to help in the learning. I enjoy new construction closings.These bring many challenges, but I love finding solutions to get them closed.”

In her spare time, Trina enjoys spending time at her cabin, fishing, four wheeling, snowmobiling, etc. She also enjoys traveling with her family.
